A while back, I posted the winner of the Human Rights logo contest, but my favorite submission was not the one that one, but this one. A logo concept developed by Diego Hodgson out of Valparaiso, Chile. In my opinion, this logo design is well thought out, more meaningful and better executed. I apologize for being away so long! Life has a funny way of just happening. Anyway, it’s been a while and it’s great to be back! So let’s get this party started by featuring a great brand identity design. Benevolent Society.
Benevolent Society is Australia’s first and oldest charity. This charity delivers vital support, infrastructure and services to Australian’s and continues to pioneer innovation and progressive activity as well as act as a thought leader in a wide range of social and societal development areas.
Leading up to their 200th year, Benevolent Society asked Designworks to transform the business – and that they did. This awesome, colorful, playful identity lends itself well to the cause by bringing life to something that could otherwise be boring. In addition to just being super cool, this identity received the “Brand New” Award for 2012. Brilliant work. Continue reading
